The Annual Day of Saraswathi Kendra was celebrated on 10th February’23 at Rasika Ranjani Sabha, Mylapore. Mr. V. Santhanam, Regional Director of National Institute of Open Schooling was the honourable Chief Guest for the evening. The programme started with Lighting of Lamp and invoking the blessings of the divine.
Welcome address was delivered by Dr. Prashanth Krishna, Executive Director. ‘Outstanding Career Award’ was given to Mrs. Chitra Ganesan by Dr. Nanditha Krishna, President of C P Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation. An inspirational and insightful speech was given by Dr. Nanditha Krishna. The Annual Report of the academic year 2022-23 was presented by Mrs. Sangeetha Venkatesh, Principal. She read out the achievements of the school – both academic and co-curricular. A motivational speech was given by our honourable Chief Guest Mr. V. Santhanam, Regional Director NIOS.
Certificates and Medals were given to ‘Star Students’ and Trophies to ‘Young Achievers’. Leopard House lifted the Overall Champions Trophy. Vote of Thanks was delivered by Mrs. Niraja. S, Vice Principal and Chief Psychologist. Annual Day gave an opportunity to the students to showcase their unique talents and harness their skills and attributes through performances.
