Pep Talk on Fitness and Health by Lokajit. S

A pep talk was organised up by our Alumnus Lokajit. S on 20th October’22. He highlighted the importance of a Healthy Life and elaborated on his Fitness Routine. He provided guidelines on how to make a mundane exercise routine Fun and Contagious. He also talked about the ill-effects of mobile phone on the Health of Teenagers.

The Fitness Mantra given by Lokajit was ” Go Ahead and Do It.”
