A Magnificent Sports Extravaganza was organised at Rajarathinam Stadium, Chennai on August 26, 2022. The Mega event commenced with the arrival of the respected Chief Guest Mr. Rajeev Vijaykumar, former National Tennis Champion. He was accompanied with Dr. Prashanth Krishna, Executive Director of the C P Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation, Mrs. Sangeetha Venkatesh, Principal of Saraswathi Kendra Learning Centre and Mrs. Niraja Sargunam, Vice- Principal of the school.
Taking God’s blessings is of paramount significance. Hence a special prayer was recited creating a reverential atmosphere. The National Flag was hoisted by the Chief Guest.
The Sports Day started with the March Past of the four different houses – Deer, Horse, Leopard and Tiger in which all the students from Primary to Senior Secondary II participated with great Fervour and Manifested their athletic skills with a finesse.
March Past was followed by The Lighting of the Torch and then the Sports Meet was declared Open by the honourable Chief Guest, Mr. Rajeev Vijaykumar. The Track n Field events combined with Fun Games made Sports Day a Memorable One. The event concluded with the singing of National Anthem.
